HOW DO I...
Obtain Telephone Consultations?

Please call the surgery before 11.00am for telephone advice. Telephoning The Surgery

Please help us to keep lines free for urgent calls by telephoning for results of tests, appointments and general enquiries between 1.00pm and 3.00pm.

HOW DO I...
Make An Appointment?

Appointments for GPs and nurses can be made up to two days in advance, either by telephone or at the reception desk. The receptionist may need to ask you a few questions to be able to help you fully. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be asked to re-book.

When booking to see our nurses or HCA please tell reception the purpose of the appointment since some appointments take longer eg smear test, vaccination, smoking advice.

Urgent Consultation Without Appointment?

If you are too ill to wait for the next available appointment and still able to come to the surgery, you may come in before 10.00am in the morning surgery or before 5.00pm in the evening but you must be PREPARED TO WAIT. Please call the surgery before 11.00am for telephone advice.

Obtain A Home Visit?

If you need to see a doctor but are unable to get to the surgery please speak to one of the receptionists, who will make suitable arrangements. It would be helpful if you could call before 11.00am.
